.: STATEMENT ONLY - NOT FOR PUBLIC RELEASE :.

During a meeting of Kentucky Equality Federation's Board of Directors on June 02, 2009, the Board voted unanimously to adopt a new logo to collectively represent the efforts of Federation for Kentucky Equality, Inc., Kentucky Equality Coalition, Inc., Kentucky Equality PAC, and other member organizations.

The Board was given a choice of five (5) logo's to choose from, with the adopted logo being favored by all Board Members*

The new logo features olive branches (the universal sign of peace), with an equal sign in the middle of the logo to represent justice and equality for all.  The Board also ordered the following words adding to Kentucky Equality Federation's Mission Statement: "Kentucky Equality Federation is a diverse grassroots group consisting of several corporations with a common case for Peace, Liberty, and Equality for All."

* Per Kentucky Equality Federation Bylaws, the President (currently, Jordan Palmer) cannot cast votes except to break ties; in such instances, the President casts the deciding vote.

I Like it
It is very unique no one else has anything like it. I also really like the new tag line.
