Not a member of the General Advisory Council?  The Federation's Advisory Council consists of non-director members to oversee the Federation's position on social responsibilities, alliances, and issues of public significance.  The General Advisory Council is the sole authority for determining the Federation’s short and long-term political platform, goals, political alliances, coalitions, and issues of public significance.
