Leadership Conference Calls occur to exchange ideas, exchange information, coordinate events, and keep all volunteers equally informed. Leadership Meetings are not Board meetings.

Leadership meetings are held for regional directors, outreach directors, administrative coordinators, and all other non-officer, non-Board member volunteers.  

Board members and officers are strongly encouraged to participate but are not required to.

The President, or in the absence thereof, the senior most volunteer (the Managing Director of Kentucky Equality Federation) shall Chair all Leadership Meetings.
